“I was having some work done on my fireplace recently and I had to have my stove gas fire disconnected and then reconnected at a later date Marco was very flexible with his timing when coming to do the job which really helped me. Unfortunately, the top of the fireplace also needed replacing which I had not budgeted for.
Yesterday, Marco’s team came to put a new heat proof cement board up to replace the broken top of the fireplace and reconnected the fire. The team were very professional and thorough with their work and took their time when completing their safety checks. Marco responded to my message for help with my underfloor heating instantly. He came within a couple of days, fitting us in late one evening to help get the heating on in freezing weather.
The system was old, the original company out of business but Marco persevered. He got us working temporarily and will be back to complete/upgrade things.

“My Bosch boiler was serviced and maintained since we got 7 years ago, few months the boiler started having very loud noises and vibration.
Called the regular guy who asked us to contact Bosch as he couldn’t fix it. I called Bosch and they quoted me £600.

Hive Problem Solving
“My Hive thermostat stopped working last night, I called British Gas and they said Hive offices will be closed till Monday due to Easter break, I managed to get hold of Marco’s contact details through a family member and I was amazed at how not only did Marco manage to help me fix my thermostat problem over FaceTime but refused to take any payment from me.
I have a 3 month old girl and getting the heating sorted was of the utmost importance and knowing my situation he did not up his price for an emergency call out, he simply asked me to call on FaceTime and resolved my issue and took no payment.

I called Marco with a pump leaking issue and he was out within the hour to take a look (as I was worried about water damage). He took time to give me the right advice, ordered the replace part quickly and turned up to fix as soon as it was in.

He came to look at the job within 2 days and quoted. I was offered several different alternatives including repair and replacement. The pros and cons of each solution was clearly explained and costed. We agreed on a date for the work to be carried out and they arrived on time.

“The Heatsafe guys came to my address to change my electric hob to a gas hob. This work was lingering for a while and I was unable to get a good gas safety person to carry out the job letting me down last minute. These guys were effective and efficient.
I rang they answered the phone confirmed the booking and arrived on time stated. The team did an excellent job with no complaints, very clean and precise, we had a good conversation and that built up a good relation and trust of these guys. At first I thought the price was a bit high compared to others but happy with everything in the end as I would rather pay that extra and have an immaculate job rather than someone who cuts corners and is not reliable.
Wish the guys all the best in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family as well use them again.

Absolutely amazing services from the “Heatsafe” team and their engineer Moji. It took 30 mins from taking the emergency call to arriving at my property today, fully prepared with all necessary parts for the job.
I thought, I was having just a small leak somewhere in my bathroom, Moji wasted no time, found 2 massive toilet water leaks in the pipes and flushing failure as well. He managed to fix all that in an hour’s time, he looked for extra failures, leaks around my whole property, showed me how to switch off water power from the main pipe in case of future leaks to stop any damage.
I can’t recommend highly enough this absolutely genuine and professional approach, high standard quality service and overall being extremely friendly human beings. And reasonable price!

Boiler Repair after British Gas Botch Job
“British Gas had botched a job on my boiler unbeknownst to me.
Marco came out as an emergency on Monday 8th March and detected what the problem was. He came back the next day to fix the problem properly.

Toilet Replaced Quickly
Heatsafe replaced a toilet after an accidental breakage. They were fast, efficient, friendly and a very reasonable price for the work undertaken.
They left the bathroom clean after completion of the job. I would highly recommend them and will be calling on them to do a complete bathroom fitting later in the year.
They were COVID safe at all times which is very important during this pandemic. Thank you for your excellent work.
New Radiator & Mixer Tap

Baxi Boiler Repair
Hopefully found my ‘go to’ Plumbing & Central Heating professional, following the retirement of my previous contact.
Marco arrived at agreed time (on a Saturday) after reporting a failure of my Baxi boiler, and he diagnosed fault immediately. Sourced the relevant part despite it being a weekend, and arrived to replace the part at the agreed time on Monday.
Very friendly, and totally up front. Explained everything he was doing and the cause of the failure. Would have no hesitancy in recommending to friends and number will be passed to Neighbourhood Watch group.
